I love music! I am an "equal opportunity listener." By this I mean that I love and listen to. to many different forms of music. Rock, R&B,
Country, Funk, Metal, Alternative, Reggae, Jazz,
and Go-Go. Some of my favorite artists are
Prince, Van Halen, Chuck Brown, Boston, Journey,
Nirvana, I could take forever to list all the
bands I love. It all depends on my mood. One
of my favorite Hidden Music artists is
Michael Annotti. Check him out. He is the American Bob Marley! I also write song lyrics.

let me know. Tell me your story and I'll write
you a song. I really tap into my emotions when
I write and the lyrics can be rather dark. That's because writing is an emotional release
for me. It's a way of getting through the pain.
I love it when I share my lyrics with people and
they write me back saying they really could identify with my songs. I think it helps people
to know that they're not alone. I've gotten many
messages from people who reach out to me because
of the emotional connection my lyrics made with
them. It is especially rewarding when I hear
from people who are going through hell and I've,
in my own humble way, have helped them. That's
what music is all about. Music is a soul exchange between the artist and listener- PROVIDED THAT THE ARTIST HAS TALENT AND ABILITY
AND IS NOT JUST THE PRODUCT OF SLICK MARKETING CAMPAIGNS! I find that most of the
artists who are popular today just look good but
have no talent and couldn't write a song to save
their life. Not a good song, anyway. Young people- speak out. Demand that the quality of your music be better. There are many talented artists out there who never get heard because
recording industry executives think if they
slickly market people like Hannah Montana that
you'll buy their CD's and pay to see them in concert. You deserve to have music by actual artists who have real musical talent and whose
music has meaning. You'll find many of these
